Terms of Use

By creating an account or using BuzzySwap, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

One person, one account. Multiple accounts, bots, or automated engagement are prohibited and will result in suspension.

New accounts start at Level 1 and may only complete signup tasks until their first approved submission unlocks Level 2.

Traction Credits are an in-platform unit of exchange. They have no cash value, cannot be withdrawn, and are not transferable outside the platform.

Credits are earned only through approved tasks, share bonuses, starter bonuses, or admin adjustments, and are spent only through campaigns and platform features.

All credit movements are validated and recorded server-side. Attempting to manipulate the credit system leads to immediate suspension.

Complete tasks genuinely. Fake signups, disposable emails, fabricated screenshots, or any deceptive proof are prohibited.

Campaign owners review submissions and may approve or reject them. Rejected work can be escalated to a dispute, which platform administrators resolve finally.

Share bonuses require a genuine public share on the selected platform; claiming without sharing is abuse.

When you launch or fund a campaign, the required credits are reserved from your wallet until the campaign completes or is cancelled (unused reservations are refunded).

You may edit campaign details and rewards within your available balance.

Campaigns promoting illegal, harmful, deceptive, or adult content are prohibited and will be removed.

Be honest and respectful in tasks, reviews, and messages. Harassment, spam, scams, and manipulation of reputation are not tolerated.

Do not attempt to circumvent level gates, rate limits, or anti-abuse systems.

Report violations through the in-app reporting tools instead of retaliating.

We may suspend or terminate accounts, remove content, reverse credits, or reject submissions at our discretion to protect the integrity of the exchange.

Administrators' decisions on disputes are final.

BuzzySwap is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for the products, services, or content of member campaigns, or for indirect damages arising from use of the platform.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of BuzzySwap after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
