Product and campaign data: product names, URLs, descriptions, campaign instructions, and task submissions (including proof URLs and screenshots) you create on the platform.

Usage data: task claims, submissions, credit transactions, messages, notifications, and analytics events (page views and clicks) generated while you use BuzzySwap.

Authentication data: if you sign in with a third-party provider such as Google, we receive the basic profile information that provider shares with us.

To operate the exchange: matching tasks to founders, processing credit transactions, and enforcing anti-abuse rules.

To display your public profile, products, and campaign activity to other members.

To send service notifications (task approvals, credit movements, messages) inside the app.

To maintain platform security, investigate disputes and reports, and prevent fraud or fake engagement.

With other members: your public profile (display name, username, avatar, bio, reputation tier) and the products and campaigns you publish.

With campaign owners: your task submissions and proof materials, so they can review your work.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights and safety of BuzzySwap and its members.

We keep your account data while your account is active. Credit ledger entries are retained as the platform's financial record, even if related campaigns are deleted.

You may request deletion of your account and associated personal data by contacting us. Some records may be retained where required for dispute resolution, fraud prevention, or legal obligations.

You can view and edit your profile information at any time in Settings.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data.

You may withdraw from optional features (such as public profile visibility) where controls are provided.

We use industry-standard measures including encrypted transport, row-level access controls on the database, and server-side validation for all credit movements.

No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; please use a strong, unique password and keep your credentials private.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced in the app, and the latest version will always be available on this page.
